Join us for SUNY's first Student Success Center Network Summit focused on developing and strengthening academic and support pathways that promote student access, success and completion. SUNY's 64 colleges and universities are committed to improving rates of college completion, transfer and attainment of jobs of value in the labor market - and achieve equity in those outcomes for all students. To increase learning among colleges, this two-day event will feature 15+ sessions from SUNY speakers in four tracks: clarifying paths and goals to student completion, helping students get on a path, helping students stay on the path, and ensuring students are learning. The event is supported by SUNY's Student Success Center Network Community of Practice.

The Fall 2018 conference will be held October 10th through 12th at the Embassy Suites in Saratoga Springs.

SICAS Summit brings together member campuses from across the state for a one and one half day conference at The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls. Presenters are colleagues from member institutions, SICAS staff as well as business partners.  Presentation topics include technical and functional-area specific information on how to utilize the Banner and/or Degree Works software.

The 2016 MSACROA Conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel Conference Center in Valley Forge PA November 28th to the 30th.

With over 200 sessions and a range of full- and half-day workshops, roundtables, and special interest gatherings, the AACRAO Annual Meeting brings together more than 2,000 higher education administrators focused on professional development and networking. The Annual Meeting addresses the issues facing today’s campuses, provides goals and guidelines for meeting those challenges, and offers a forum for learning and sharing experiences. 

The Second Annual Applied Learning Workshop will focus on gathering evidence to support student success. The planned presentations and breakouts will focus on current best practices across the various SUNY sectors, as well as general information about the movement of the Applied Learning initiative and what will be expected of campuses moving forward. All are welcome to attend. This event will be most helpful to applied learning steering committee and advisory council members (as teams), as well as campus institutional research and registrars. There is no cost to attend this event.  Please register online by October 14.

Business as usual in higher education is over.  The current business model centered on credit-hour tuition, high overhead costs, and outdated funding styles is being redefined by a flourishing online sector, rapidly changing student populations and workforce demands. SICAS Summit will be returning to Lake Placid for the annual SICAS conference next year! Dates for the conference are October 15 & 16, 2015, with the Thursday evening event being an Oktoberfest celebration at Whiteface Mountain!  More details to follow in the coming months.
